Dane Iverson - Head Coach

This is Dane's sixth year at Oregon City High School as head football coach and teacher. Before coming to Oregon City, he led Wilson High School to the second round of the 2003 state 4A football playoffs. Wilson lost by only three points to the eventual state champion.
Prior to coaching at Wilson, Dane spent eight years at Tualatin High School teaching health and physical education, and as a varsity assistant coach, he shared in four league championships and two semi-final playoff appearances.
Dane has also coached and taught at his alma mater, Roseburg High School. He began his coaching career at Willamette University as a receiver coach in 1992. He received his master's degree in teaching from Western Oregon University where he played football as an undergraduate.
Dane lives in Oregon City with his wife Rhea and his two children, Whitney and Colby.
 
Bryan Blix - Assistant Varsity Coach

Coach Blix is the assistant varsity coach. He graduated from North Bend High School and Linfield College. He has coached in Oregon City for the past nine years and is a social studies teacher at the high school.
Coach Blix lives in Beaverton with his wife Shawna and two daughters, Makenna and Morgan.
 
Bryan Swanson - Defensive/Offensive Line Coach

Coach Swanson, "Swanny", is the defensive/offensive line coach. He graduated from Lakeridge High School in 1993 and from Linfield College in 1997. He has taught science and coached at Oregon City High School since 2001.
Prior to coming to Oregon City he coached at McMinnville High School and Linfield College. He and his wife Jeannie live in North Portland with their son Ryder.
 
Bruce Borgelt - O-Line and Linebacker Coach

This is Coach Borgelt's second year at Oregon City and is the o-line and linebacker coach. Coach Borgelt attended Linfield College. This is his twelfth year of coaching. He previously has coached at Aloha High School and Tualatin High School.
Coach Borgelt is currently a math teacher at Clackamas Web Academy. He recently married his wonderful wife Sonia.
 
Doug Stull - Wide Receiver and Defensive Back Coach

This is Coach Stull's second year with Oregon City High School as the wide receiver and defensive back coach. Prior to coming to Oregon City, Coach Stull spend eight years at Emerald Ridge High School in Puyallap, Washington, coaching both football and basketball. He coached wide receivers, defensive backs, and the offensive line while serving as the offensive coordinator at ERHS.
Coach Stull is the only librarian/football coach in either Oregon or Washington that spends his spare time flying small planes around the Northwest.
 
Adam Thygeson - Junior Varsity Defensive Coach

Coach Thygeson is the JV defensive coach. He graduated from Jesuit High School and the University of Montana. This is Coach Tygeson's third year coaching football at Oregon City. He coached at Madison High School for five years prior to coming to Oregon City.
Coach Thygeson has been teaching social studies for seven years at Oregon City, and this will also be his sixth year as the varsity boys head track & field coach.
His wife Caralee teaches math at Madison High School. They have three children: Quinn, Kellen and Kailee.
 
Trevor Vollintine - Freshmen Coach

Coach Vollintine, Coach "V", is the freshmen coach. He grew up in Southern California, graduating from Temple City High School in 1995. He received his undergraduate degree from Oregon State University majoring in history and received his master's in teaching from Pacific University.
Coach Vollintine is an ESOL teacher at Oregon City High School as well as the hurdle and sprint coach for the track team.
Coach Vollintine lives in Oregon City with his wife Giselle and son Luke.
 
Kenrik Lynch - Freshmen Offensive Coordinator

Coach Lynch is the freshmen offensive coordinator. Coach Lynch graduated from a class of twenty at Prairie City High School and from Oregon State University. He has coached for Oregon City for the past seven years. Prior to coming to Oregon City he coached at Sandy and Philomath High Schools.
Coach Lynch lives in Oregon City with his wife Crystal who is a PE teacher at Ogden Middle School and his two daughters, Lauren and Camryn.
 
Gene Olson - Freshmen Line Coach

Coach Olson is the freshmen line coach this year. Coach Ols0n has coached football at Oregon City High School for the past sixteen years. Prior to that, he coached at Lake Oswego High School and North Bend High School. He has been a teacher since 1975, and is currently an elementary school teacher at Westridge Elementary in Lake Oswego where he has taught for the past thirty years.
Coach Olson and his wife Kristine live in Oregon City where she taught at Redland Elementary. They have four children: Lane, Lynn, Tasha and Sara.
 
Adam Holtgrew - Freshmen Running Back/Linebacker Coach

Coach Holtgrew is the freshmen running back/linebacker coach. This is Coach Holtgrew's first year coaching at Oregon City High School. He gratuated from Oregon City High School in 2005. He attended and played football at Chaffey College.
